Coffees from Jaén province's southwestern districts in Peru have historically been bulked into commodity blends. With support from Origin Coffee Lab, small communities in Colasay now produce exceptional coffee. La Viuda bursts with juicy notes of black cherry and white grape. Named after the towering mountain peak visible from all the producer communities.
